⭐ Nut–Bolt Design CorelDRAW Description (Hinglish)
CorelDRAW me Nut–Bolt design banana ek bahut hi useful technique hai, jo mechanical drawings, logo designs, technical presentations aur product illustrations me kaam आती है. Is process me hum bolt ke cylindrical thread ko create karte hain aur us par hexagonal nut fit karte hain, jisse realistic metal hardware look milta hai. Sabse pehle ek simple circle se bolt ka base ready kiya jata है, fir multiple parallel lines ko blend tool se merge करके screw-thread effect banaya जाता है. Bolt ka outer hexagonal shape polygon tool ke through 6 sides me set karke draw किया जाता है.
Iske baad nut ke liye ek aur hexagon banaya जाता है jisme centre me ek circular cut-out hota है, jisse nut ka hole perfectly align hota है. Dono shapes ko align and weld/trim karke ek professional nut–bolt model create होता है. Last me outline, thickness aur shadow add karke design ko 3D mechanical look diya जाता है. Ye pura design beginner se le kar advanced designers ke liye kaafi helpful hai, especially unke liye jo engineering-type graphics ya technical illustration banana chahte hain.

Step 1: New Document Create Kare

CorelDRAW open kijiye → Ctrl + N

Page size A4 ya Landscape rakh sakte hain.
Step 2: Bolt ka Cylinder Base Banaye

Ellipse Tool (F7) lein

Page par ek Circle draw karein (ye bolt ka front side hoga)

Circle ko left side me rakh de.
Step 3: Thread (Line Pattern) Banaye

Freehand Tool (F5) se ek Vertical Straight Line banayen

Uske baad ek aur same line thoda sa gap chhod kar banayen
-
Ab Blend Tool (Ctrl+F7) lein
-
Dono lines select karke blend apply karein
-
Blend steps: 20–40 (Thread density ke hisab se)

👉 Isse ek smooth Thread Pattern ready ho jayega.
Step 4: Bolt Body Banaye

Ab thread wale group ko select karen

Usko PowerClip karein circle ke andar

Right-click → PowerClip Inside

Ab aapko ek threaded cylinder front view mil jayega.
Step 5: Bolt ka Side View Shape Banaye

Rectangle Tool (F6) se ek long rectangle banayen

Is rectangle ko thread pattern ke saath align karein

Rectangle ko thread group ke sath Weld ya Intersect kar sakte hain.
Step 6: Hexagon (Bolt Head) Banaye

Polygon Tool (Y) choose karein

Sides = 6 set karen

Ek proper hexagon draw karein (ye bolt ka head hoga)

Hexagon ko cylinder ke right side me attach karein

Thodi bold outline de de (0.75pt).
Step 7: Nut (Ring Shape) Banaye

Ek aur Hexagon draw karein (Polygon Tool)

Uske beech me Circle draw karein — bolt ke size ke barabar

Dono ko select karke Trim karein

Isse beech me perfect hole ban jayega (nut ka hole)

Nut ko bolt ke upar slide karein jisse lagay ki bolt me ghusa hua hai.
Step 8: 3D Look & Final Touch

Nut aur bolt do alag shades me color karein (Black outline)

Outer edge par thoda shadow de sakte hain

Thickness lines add karein (Hairline outline)

Background light color rakh sakte ho (golden, grey etc.)
